We booked the chalet for 2 days for my brother's nikkah, Initially, everything looked normal, but then the AC stopped working. When we checked, the fridge, deep freezer, and microwave - none of them were working. We ended up calling the owner, but he did not respond. We talked to the haris. he came and checked, and gave us the other side. But everything became worse. The second chalet had the same problems: the fridge smelled awful, the ACs were not working, and the pool was not clean either. My father got angry and asked him to cancel the next day booking and refund, since nothing was working and we were boiling in scorching heat. He neither refunded nor fixed our problem. Waste of money. Will never recommend anybody to book this chalte!

Absolutely dreadful experience! The AC in this facility didn't work properly, and one unit was completely broken. Our family and guests suffered. Haris tried to help, but the owner was uncooperative. The refrigerator didn't cool, and the deep freezer was broken. Cleanliness was pathetic. There was no exhaust or AC in the kitchen, and the basin was leaking. The microwave oven was extremely dirty and didn't work. The swimming pool was dirty, and airflow from the cooler was insufficient. The refrigerator was also broken, and the swimming pool water was far from clean. We ended up unhappy and lost money and happiness.
