كنت ناوية أحجز، لكن للأسف اتصلت بداية الصباح على الرقم المعلن للاستفسار، وكان الرد بصراخ وعصبية: “هذا وقت تتصلين؟ أنا سكرتير!”. إذا يضايقه استقبال اتصالات العملاء، ليش يحط رقمه للتواصل من الأساس؟ كان يقدر بكل احترام يقول إنه مشغول ويطلب مني أتواصل في وقت آخر، بدل هذا الأسلوب. طريقة التعامل هذي كانت كافية جدًا إني أكنسل فكرة الحجز عندهم .
