يحتاج الي اهتمام وصيانه المسبح قديم ومتهالك بالنسبه لسعره ويجب تنظيف الشاليه وتشغيل فلاتر المسبح قبل وصول المستأجر الصور المعروضه بالمواقع صور قديمه للشاليه لاتغركم
I arrived before the check-in time, and the staff were very accommodating and allowed me to enter early. Before handing over the chalet, they discovered a technical fault with the swimming pool pump. They were completely transparent about the issue, sincerely apologized, and immediately offered me a full refund without any hesitation. I truly appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and respect. Technical issues can happen anywhere, but the way they handled the situation reflects their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Because of this positive experience, I will definitely consider this chalet my first choice whenever I visit the Qassim region in the future
استراحة راقية جدًا ونظيفة، والتصميم مميز وجميل، وكل شيء فيها مرتب وواضح الاهتمام بالتفاصيل. المسبح نظيف، المكيفات ممتازة، والحمامات والخدمات بشكل عام كانت على مستوى عالي. بشكل عام تجربة رائعة مع ملاحظات بسيطة لكن انصح بالمكان بكل تأكيد، وبإذن الله ليست آخر زيارة.
