تحتاج صيانة. الجاكوزي غير قابل للإستخدام. الدرج بين البركة ودورة المياه زلق جدا (لاتمشي بدون حذاء). ماكينة القهوة قديمة وغير قابلة للإستخدام. دورة المياه مليانه نمل. الشواية تحتاج صيانة ومعدات إضافية للإستخدام (ملقط على الأقل). الجلسة الخارجية فيها وزغ وتحتاج رش مبيدات. وفي النهاية غالية ومدة الحجز ووقته غير مناسبة. غير كذا، نظافتها جيدة وتنسيقها لطيف. أقترح إضافة ألعاب للأطفال في المساحة الخارجية.
