السعر مقابل الشالية يعتبر غالي ، فيه ملاحظات كثير أولاً الجلسة الخارجية مهتريه وتحتاج تنجيد. الحمامات دفع الماء ضعيف والمراوش عطلانه. لا يوجد زوالي خارجية للجلوس. الوزغ في كل الجدران. تفتقد لاشتراطات السلامة حيث يوجد أسلاك كهرباء مكشوفة ومفاتيح كهرباء متهالكة.
