Above Average Resort, but Hospitality Needs Improvement Overall, the resort is above average and I would recommend it, especially for families. The swimming pool is good, and there is an average-sized playing area for kids. However, the hospitality and basic amenities were disappointing. There was no soap provided, and not even a single bottle of drinking water in the room. These are basic necessities that should be available in a resort. The facilities are good, but the management should seriously improve the hospitality and guest services to make the overall experience better.
