I had a very disappointing experience at this chalet. The air conditioning wasn’t working, which made our stay extremely uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. Even worse, the pool water was filthy and clearly not maintained properly. It caused skin allergies in our children, which was very upsetting and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially families with kids. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the conditions for future guests.
